My Story...
My training history goes way back. Growing up, sports played a huge role in my life, with soccer, tennis, and floorball ranking as my top three passions. The world of CrossFit grabbed my attention during my PT Certification in Australia back in 2016, and more recently, I've found myself drawn to the intricacies of weightlifting.
Injuries, pain, and experimentation to find the right training volume and intensity for me have held me back or led to burn-out numerous times throughout my sports career, and I know I’m not alone in this.
I’ve tried, failed, and succeeded in navigating my training around these challenges.

As with nutrition, there is no one-size-fits-all for training either. Your training program will be tailored to your needs, preferences, physical condition, fitness level, and goals. A customised program ensures that you train in a way that is not only effective but also enjoyable, which in turn makes your fitness journey sustainable.Â

The quality of your rest is just as important as the quality of your sessions when it comes to performance. We must map out strategies that work for you to optimise recovery.
Weekly Check-in and Support
We will see each other at least once a week this entire program, and I will be reviewing your videos and progress and adjusting your program as needed weekly as well... But there’s more - if you have questions you forgot to ask in our training session, I will run two weekly Q&A sessions for you to drop in to. So you’ll have my full support through these 12 weeks!
