As with nutrition, there is no one-size-fits-all for training either. Your training program will be tailored to your needs, preferences, physical condition, fitness level, and goals. A customised program ensures that you train in a way that is not only effective but also enjoyable, which in turn makes your fitness journey sustainable.
Online Program
As well as a weekly face-to-face session, you’ll have access to the rest of your training sessions through my app. In this app, you can see videos of each exercise in your program and you can ask questions about anything regarding the training program. It is also the same app where you can access your recipe library tailored to you.
