I work with both elite athletes and individuals facing health challenges, helping them elevate their well-being and performance. My programs are personalised and tailored to your needs. We deep dive into your goals and values and then work out which package is perfect for you. My Story...

Growing up, sports played a huge role in my life, with soccer, tennis, and floorball ranking as my top three passions. The world of CrossFit grabbed my attention during my PT Certification in Australia back in 2016, and more recently, I've found myself drawn to the intricacies of weightlifting.

When it comes to nutrition, my journey has been quite a ride. I survivedĀ the "fats are bad" era and even battled an eating disorder at the age of 15. This experience fueled my curiosity to dive deep into understanding the science behind nutrition. To grasp the nuances, I had to enhance my English skills and decided to pursue a degree in Australia. Along this path, I received an IBS diagnosis, explored potential endometriosis concerns, and obtained a certificate in sports nutrition. These experiences have given me valuable insights into nourishing the body for optimal performance and overall well-being, both physically and mentally. I can't wait to share what I've learned with you!
